Artist Clara Monteiro holds painting exhibition

Luanda – The Angolan artist Clara Monteiro inaugurated on Thursday in Luanda her individual painting exhibition dubbed “Galeria de Maio”, an acrylic paint collection on canvas and watercolour which highlights the Angolans.

 

Speaking to the press, the critic of art Simão Souindoula recognised that the author is one of the most singular painters in the national cultural market.

 

Maria Monteiro was born in Luanda.

 

The exhibition will be displayed until 16 June.
